AREAS OF PRACTICE

I represent businesses and individuals in contract and construction disputes, including disputes involving License Agreements, Solar and other Alternative Energy Contracts, Membership Interest Purchase Agreements, Commercial Leases, Employment Contracts, Purchase Agreements and Sale of Future Receivable Agreements. 

I represent investors in disputes alleging unsuitability and securities fraud. I am a member of the Public Investors Advocate Bar Association (PIABA).

I represent individuals and entities in investigations and enforcement actions conducted by various federal and state government entities, including the SEC, FINRA, NYSDEC. Additionally, I assist businesses in licensing disputes with New York State.

I have briefed and argued appeals before the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the First, Second and Fourth Departments of the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division. I am a member of the Appellate Practice Committee of the Erie County Bar Association.
